Your body wants you to thrive.

Body, Mind and Spirit are not three different entities. In essence, they are all one. In order to exist, Spirit is involved in a never ending process of re-creation. This exciting process takes place here and now, in this glorious reality. This is where you and I come in. We are on the cutting edge of Divine creation.
But be not mistaken, Spirit created this "physical" reality, including us, from itSelf--which is pure consciousness. And as you probably know, 99.9% of physical form is empty space. Remember that the next time you look into the mirror.
Yet, you certainly experience your body as very real. That is a good thing. You are meant to experience it as such. However, experience it as an expression of the Divine. Honor it, become still, go within, and listen. Your body provides you with a flawless guidance system, guiding you to a meaninful existence and physical resilience. Your body--which is Spirit--wants you to thrive.
